Order Processing: Our products typically ship within 1-3 days after placing order. During major sales and promotions, please allow up to 7 business days for order processing. Order processing commences immediately upon submission. As a result, modifications to orders, including changes to products, shipment methods, addresses, cancellations, etc., cannot be accommodated once an order is submitted.

Responsibility for Order Issues: BUNDL Hair Co is not liable for any expenses related to delayed or incorrect orders. We do not take responsibility for hair appointment cancellation fees imposed by your Hair Stylist/Salon. We recommend confirming all items received before scheduling any hair appointments. Additionally, please note that BUNDL Hair Co is not responsible for the installation of products purchased on our website and in our stores. All returns and return-to-shipper shipments will incur a 15% restocking fee.

Payment Terms: Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. We accept most major credit cards, After Pay, Klarna, and Paypal Installments. Unfortunately, prepaid and virtual cards are not accepted on our website. Your credit card will be charged as soon as you place an order online. Instances of credit card fraud or theft of merchandise will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

Payment and Shipping Verification: BUNDL reserves the right to request additional payment and shipping verification after an order is submitted. Orders identified as medium to high fraud risk will be automatically cancelled. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
